Refund policy

1Try it first

YearWise Free is the same program as YearWise Pro, with no time limit. Please use it on your own computer before you buy Pro, so you know that YearWise suits you and runs well there. The Free and Pro table shows exactly what Pro adds.

2A change of mind

Because you can try YearWise before you buy, we do not refund a Pro licence when you change your mind after buying it.

3Your rights are not affected

Nothing on this page limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

• If Pro does not work as described, tell us through the contact form. If we cannot put it right, the purchase is refunded.
• Paddle, our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for every order, handles all refunds under Paddle's refund policy. That policy also describes the statutory right of withdrawal for buyers in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and when it applies to digital content such as a licence.
• To ask for a refund, use the link in the receipt Paddle sent you, or go to paddle.net.

4After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, its Pro licence may no longer be used. Your timelines are not touched: what you made with Pro stays in your files.
